Are you still gonna say that when you lose all your points?
[LOOKING AND LOOKING...
IS THAT A BLOND MOP THERE? He carefully inches closer to the edge of this VERY TALL PLACE (probably a roof) he's somehow managed to get up on, trying to get a closer look.]
[ooc; He can try to get the jump on Bel or Bel can spot him, or whatever you're okay with!]
[He stops suddenly, frowning and looking about the place. He senses someone nearby, his ears tuned to any sounds nearby, but so far he can't see anyone.]
[So it is him. For once, he hesitates before moving, waiting for just the right moment. It's not something he's just about to admit to anyone, but the last defeat still stings, and most definitely not just because of the still-healing cuts on his face.
It's a bit of a familiar feeling, really, the sting of humiliation, though the one who caused it isn't. Rin still can't say with any kind of certainty whether he's angrier or not at the fact that it wasn't Shiki who so humiliated him this time.
Nothing to it then. He takes one quick picture, if only for posterity's sake, before quickly putting the camera away again...
[Bel knew there was someone there. He felt it, and should've known it was the guy who he was talking to, looking for, and probably being seeked out for.]
[This realization only came when he turned around at the last second to see a mass of blond and red clothing flying toward him. He almost was able to chuck the knives in his hand at him, but luck was not at his side. In stepping back to throw them, he stumbled over a rock, and down he went to Rin's tackle.]
It wasn't as neat as he'd have liked, not with Bel noticing him, probably almost getting an attack in, and only coincidentally managing to stumble, but it got the job done. And he wasn't about to complain about that.
He didn't bother with any weapons for the moment, even having spotted that blond mop of hair's own knives. Time was of the essence here, and he'd definitely gotten in enough weapon-less practice during Bl@ster.
Rin aimed a punch at Bel, more speed behind it than strength, hoping to keep the element of surprise on his side.]
[He was a trained assassin, the highest quality in the world, and yet his specialty wasn't close combat. Ranged attacks were his best, he left the close punches to Lussuria, or Squalo.]
[Still, that didn't mean without his knives he was absolutely useless, far from it. He was still in control, no blood had spilled. It only took a fraction of a second into Rin's punch for Bel's assassin instincts to kick in, and kick in fast did they.]
[The punch hit him in the cheek, but Bel waited until just the moment when Rin was the most unbalanced from the punch to kick up his knees to Rin's stomach, rapidly bucking out his legs in an attempt to flip the other boy over.]
